Before I get anywhere further, I would wanna apologize.
What the hell am I apologizing about?
Prepare for some bravery shit!
I have to admit that my English isn't that good, or any good in fact. Well, I have Chinese blood in me! haha, stop stereotyping! However, I did grew up in a Chinese-speaking family, so my English might not be as well written( typed ) as other language.
Well, to improve your reading experience, I've learned a new technique! DOING DRAFTS.
I know I sound stupid 'cause I sound like I'm introducing something very extraordinary.
Well, I'm a lazy ass, I don't like do extra work like drafting. So if time to time there's a mistake made, I don't really realize it. Thus I'm really sorry about it. THOUSAND APOLOGIES!
So I look forward to your comments( Not that there is any ) from your experience with my blog. I really wanna hear from you guys, but there's only how much i can hear from you. So tweet me! ( Whoring my twitter account: @awesome_jasper! ) I think that's like the new Facebook? ( haha screw Facebook! )
Alright, I will cut to the chase and move on to the topic today, FANS VS. "FANS"
I know all of you sort of understand what I am going to say since I've listed it out.
BUT WAIT!
I will freaking explain why there's a difference between this two 'cause i'm so sick of people confusing this two.
What I hate the most is when people don't understand how to use this word: fan.
Let's use MUSIC as an example.
People says, I'm a music fan! I so can't live without music. I can't sleep without playing my iPod!
You all get what I'm trying to say right?
However when you ask, what are you're views on classical music?
Then you know right?
This is their face. They will be like," Dafuq? That's not music! "
Those aren't music fans. those are fans of a specific band, singer or genre. then for God's sake, why did they claim they are music fan?!
I am a music fan, I have my own personal favorites but i am still open to a wide variety of different genre. I don't condemn artists or genres. Sure time to time i will have my POV( point of view, don't think funny fellas! ), there's bound to be some genres or songs that I can't take it, but generally I'm still open to all different music.
What I hate the most is that when people fires their comments on the person rather than what they do.
See them? Do you know how many haters they get?
Aim the music, not the artist.
This also applies to all sort of different context, sports fan, drama fans and the list goes on.
For the fun of it, I'll give another example, Sports Fan.
Don't ever say you're a sport fan, if you only watch one type of sports like soccer and you think golf sucks. Worst scenario, you self-acclaimed yourself to be a soccer fan, but you only watch English soccer. (Total douche)
I think what I'm trying to point out is that you should always try to be as specific as you can.
My claim on fans is mainly adapted from the video below.
Beware though, Buckley is an ass, I might be subscribed to him, but there are still times i don't agree with him, it feels like he's just an angry old man.
However, Buckley often brings out out-of-the-box topics to talk about. Sometimes, they are valid points and deserves to talked about, but there are just times where I think he's just an angry old man, sad and alone.
HAHA, try his videos if you're too free.
Moving on!
"Fans"
There's a freaking reason why there's quotation around the word. Instead of just giving you the answer, let's play a game!
Go through the following 10 points, record how many points that you actually do or have.
The "IT" in the points is about what you are a fan of.
1. You are always talking about IT.
2. The only common thing between your friends( NOT BEST FRIENDS! ) and you is IT.
3. Your phone wallpaper is probably pictures of IT.
4. Most people that hates you, is probably because of IT.
5. You get all crazy and mad when IT gets insulted.
6. You force people to like IT.
7. You hate others' favorites that is in the same context. (E.g, Music, Sports)
8. When you're sad or feeling emo, just wanna do or watch it,
9. You have posters of IT.
10. You are addicted to IT.
If you get more than 5, you might fall under this category.
If you got less than three, I <3 you!
I don't know how much hate I'm gonna get from this post, but #yolo right!
The very best example of a "FAN" are Kpop Fans.
( That's it, everyone hates me now. )
Ironically, the man that is gonna talk shit about Kpop Fans is a Kpop Fan.
I used to be crazy about all Kpop songs, I will talk shit about others when they talk shit about Kpop.
I would be angry when my favorite idol gets compared with other idols.
This WAS me! But, I moved on. I think it's good to hear something that you could understand once in a while. ( Yes, I'm asian, but I'm Chinese, not a Korean, There's a difference! )
Back to the topic, " FANS" are freaking scary. Imagine if they can like an idol so much that they are willing to do stupid shit, imagine what they'll do if they hate someone!
But I was never that crazy like most "FANS", I knew where was my limits. Haha, you'll be surprised when you found out that some don't know their limits.
See what I mean:
This was taken from DeeKosh's channel where he made a PARODY of Kpop.
See! When you're too carried away, you forget how to think.
Time to time, "FANS" are freaking perverts or creepers.
This was taken from Christina Grimmie's twitter. This fella is hella creepy.
But I myself is guilty too, D:
This is my precious collection of SNSD Sunny, but I don't freaking FAP as I see these images. I don't play the slideshows and worshiping it. I just like her as an idol.
Maybe more...
Haha, all in all. I think there should be a limit for your own affections towards an idol or other things. 'Cause afterall, if you something happened to you, they wouldn't freaking care! Your Mum( Dad ) cares. So show affections towards them!
Thank you for your time! Stay tune for more next week! Stay awesome and rock on!
